A Portland police officer has been using a loudspeaker to address the group of ~15 protesters standing on the sidewalk, saying:

“C’mon, you guys are supposed to march at 1. Let’s kick this off.”
and
“C’mon. ACAB. Let’s do it.”
Protesters are chanting toward Portland police, repeating the name of the man who family members identified as the person fatally shot by Philadelphia police.

Following the crowd on a march. We’ve been getting tailed by a PPB vehicle, protesters approached the vehicle and chanted “move back!” As they advanced towards the vehicle. The single officer seemed pretty scared despite the small group and rushed off in the wrong lane

On NW 7th and Davis, protesters gathered around a parked Portland police vehicle. A smack was heard, like that of someone hitting the vehicle.

“You right there in the black hoodie, you’re under arrest. Do not move,” the officer said before driving south and away from the crowd. pic.twitter.com/LTlwlzeyxH
After marching through the Pearl and Chinatown, protesters gathered near Portland’s Waterfront Park and dispersed.
