Summary
On Monday, protesters marched from Director Park in downtown Portland in memory of Jonathan Price, who was killed by a police officer in Texas on October 3rd. The march, led by a drumline, paused for speeches in front of the Justice Center before continuing to Portland State University where students were encouraged to come out and join the protest.
